I-5 north or south to Mt. Vernon. West (about 10 miles) to Anacortes. South (about 10 miles) to Oak Harbor. (From ferries at Clinton and Keystone come up the Island to Oak Harbor).  Continue through several stoplights to Barrington Ave. (Safeway Plaza and Frontier Ford on the west corners and Acorn Motel and Walgreens on the east corners). Go East on Barrington about 5 blocks to Ireland (one-way) Street. (City Hall on the right and Oak Harbor Police Department on the left). Turn right onto Ireland Street for about a block.
